Website Migration Not Working

Hello,

I have tried migrating my site a few times using shipper. it seems to be installed correctly on both ends however the site isn't being transferred in its entirety. Can you please help here.

    Hi Nick,

    I tried to access your site via Support access, but I’m afraid, it seems like the support access is no longer working. Revoking, and re-enabling support access should make it work again.

    Could you please explain further about this? You meant the transfer via Shipper is successful, but there are sections which isn’t transferred? If that’s the case, could you please point that out, a screenshot would be helpful.

    If that’s not the case, and if you meant, Shipper is stuck during it’s process, then would highly recommend you to increase the server resources of both your source, and destination website as listed in this article:

    And also switch to a server cron, so that Shipper would be much faster:

    Using server cron will ensure the migration is much smoother. Would recommend to run a new Migration once done, and see whether you still notice the same issues again.
