[The Hub] Tickets – Bulk Update options

In the client ticket area management, it would be great if we could have a bulk update to select tickets so we could bulk delete them. Just that we’ve got some that are piling in which are unrelated, and we’d just like to bulk update them and delete them out of the system.

    In the client ticket area management, it would be great if we could have a bulk update to select tickets so we could bulk delete them. Just that we’ve got some that are piling in which are unrelated, and we’d just like to bulk update them and delete them out of the system.

    Ideally, it would be better to use only the specific email account for tickets to prevent unrelated emails from being created as tickets.

    At the moment, there isn’t a bulk option to delete tickets, as they’re meant to be handled as they arrive. However, I’ll make sure to bring this to our team’s attention to check if we could improve the existing workflow regarding this down the roadmap.
