I wanted to suggest a new feature in the Hub.
something I called “Notes place in the Hub”
Presently : in each website vizualisation in the hub, every options are very interesting : performance, security, updates, broken links.
It is presently a very good way to see if everything’s fine on each website. And it’s possible to send a client report with these informations. And I love this ;-)
Suggestion : New feature called “Notes place in the Hub” :
It will be very convenient to add in each website a “notes place in the Hub”, to add personal comments about for example :
– changes about new pages, new things done on the website (design),
– big maintenance done on the website,
– or personal comments about the website.
I used this when I was on Manage WP.
For example, I would write in the “note place” : “home page modification : add a video of 35s about “how to use the product xxx”. And when my client ask me : when did you done that ? I could report him precisely at what date the job was done (because I noticed the action and the date in the “Notes place”).
+ New feature “Notes place in the Hub ameliorate” :
Maybe it will be convenient to add the written comments in the “Notes place in the Hub” in the client report.
The client could receive every interesting informations about the health of the website + personal comments from the webmaster, about ameliorations, changes, … with a full automated report from the Hub.
Imagine, the possibility to automate personal comments in the client report too, it will be a real dream ;-)
I think that this feature could help many webmaster to have a better workflow and follow up, everything directly from the Hub, and could automate the client report in a peace of mind way.
I hope this feature suggestion will get your attention, and the attention of Hub’s users.
