    Hello Steve McGough ,

I hope you are doing well.

Thank you for sharing your feature suggestions. I’d like to clarify a few points to better understand your requirements.

    – Ability to assign a ticket to a specific client

When a client creates a ticket, it is automatically assigned to that client.

If you or one of your team members creates a ticket manually on behalf of a client, you can assign the ticket to the appropriate client during the ticket creation process.

    – Time Tracking (minutes)

Could you please provide a bit more detail about this request?

    Specifically:
    – What type of time would you like to track?
    – How would you expect the time tracking to work?
    – Could you share a few examples of your ideal workflow?

    – Export CSV file per client

Could you also elaborate on this request?

    For example:
    – Are you looking to export information about a specific client?
    – What data would you like the CSV file to include (e.g., tickets, websites, activity, billing, or something else)?

The more details you can provide, the better we can understand your requirements and forward accurate feedback to our development team.

    Kind Regards,
    Fida Al Hasan

    Hi Fida Al Hasan ,
Yes, I’ve used Notes before. But the email forwarding setup was a bit complicated and caused ALL my emails to go to the ticketing system instead of just the address I wanted to use (support@) instead of my own email address. I gave up on trying to set it up for now, but will try again later.

What I meant to say here was, having a time-tracking feature *in addition to* those already available features would motivate me to do more in the Hub (on wpmudev) instead of using other apps.

For example, I use Clockify right now for time-tracking. But if I could use it in the hub and connect it to a client or project, that would be a great added benefit.

    Hey Keith

Thank you for sharing more details with us. That would be a nice addition for sure.

We are tracking the recommendations of our community to improve not only the Ticketing feature but also any of our services. Your feedback is appreciated.

Regarding the email forwarding setup on the Ticketing system, please feel free to create a ticket with us if you need help in configuring this, and we’d be happy to assist.

    Regards,
    Luigi.
