Spam Signups Almost Every Hour, help!

http://thecleanpost.com/ – I have the si-captcha installed but seem to still get spam bots signing up EVERY SINGLE HOUR, this is driving me nuts, how else can I prevent them from signing up??

I have the captcha set to HARD as well…….
