Migrate site out of Multisite to stand alone, hosted at WPMUDev

I am looking to migrate one (maybe more) of my sites to WPMUDev hosting. The site I would like to move first is part of a multisite install, but is a stand alone site. I am looking for help with this move. Current domain is prausconstruction.com.
