Is it possible to use 2 separate signup php files

Is it possible to use 2 separate signup php files on the one site..

The purpose for us is to have one page used only for folks who are getting a site..

The other signup page for users only..

    It depends how people are going to be signing up to your site. If you plan to use a plugin to manage it like the membership plugin then the answer is no because you have to select the sign up page you are using in the plugin settings. Why don’t you simply allow your visitor to choose the required option on your sign up form? You could have Option A for ordinary members or Option B for those wanting a site & have them select which one they want.
