I have a few questions about the WPMU DEV Hosting

1. Do you have DDos mitgation? What is your security standards for your server level?

2. You using different location name in WPMU. which location corresponds to your USA – East at DO location list.

    Hi Mohamed,

    We recommend using Defender plugins Login protection, and Lockouts feature, along with Firewall provider services like Cloudflare should be good enough to prevent such DDos Mitigation.

    USA – EAST would correspond to New York, and it could be any of NYC1, NYC2, NYC3, there isn’t any way to specify any single instance.

    I’m not sure exactly what you are needing here. DDoS protection could never be fully provided at the hosting level. You can use a provider like Cloudflare if that is a need for you. There is a lot that goes into security for our servers. Some examples are incoming/outgoing firewall, brute force protection on ssh/sftp, automated package and software updates, hardened permissions and php configs, redundant offsite backups, ssh key support, etc.

    Then you have all the tools provided by Defender plugin which is built in.
