Hosting – Migration Help Needed

I want to migrate my site to WPMUDEV Hosting.

    Hi JRC,

    The shared Zip file via Dropbox only has plugins, mu-plugins, cache, and wphb-cache folder. I don’t see any themes folder, uploads folder for respective subsite etc

    I suppose you are looking to migrate the database and the plugins. I have moved all the folders shared in the dropbox file into our host, and have imported the SQL backup shared via the dropbox file.

    The site should have all the contents shared in the database, however, the subsites are still missing, and not being listed yet. Seems like the backup is from one of the live sites intercoastalsafaris.

    Could you please the login credentials, and cPanel login of the live site, so that we see what’s being missed with the subsite not getting listed?
