domain mapping issue

Having an issue w/ domain mapping. I've changed the a record of:

http://jazmincampos.me

and it's pointing to the correct address. have added the ssl certificate correctly.

however, i'm getting a forbidden error. wondering what could it be? anyone have a solution?

    How did you add the domain on siteground hosting? Using addon or parked domain?

    If so, it seems the directory for that domain is not correct. Please make sure the directory of the domain should be same directory of your network domain.

    If you used a IP as A record instead of nameserver, then the IP must be a dedicated IP and point to the network site. That means, if you enter the IP in the browser, the network site should load which is currently not happening. I guess this is the case for you.

    So, please make sure about the above and it should be fine :slight_smile:
