From “Create Backup”:
“ERROR 504 – GATEWAY TIMEOUT
The server timed-out handling your request due to a temporary overload or long-running script. Please try again later or contact us if the problem persists.”
I did try again, and the backup succeeded, but then I got a Backup upload error.
Definitely more QA needed in this area.
When errors like this occur, is someone on staff notified? It would be nice to know that so that we don’t feel a need to report each occurrence.
